1 cups almond milk, plus extra
½ cup steel-cut oats (gluten-free if necessary)
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 green apple
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated or ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Tiny pinch of salt
1 – 2 tablespoons raisins, chopped if large
Chopped walnuts or pecans, to serve
Maple syrup, to serve (optional)
