Mushroom and Smoked Gouda Galette

A flaky cream cheese and butter galette crust filled with ricotta, mushrooms and Gouda cheese.
Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
6 TBSP frozen unsalted butter, cut into 1/2 TBSP size chunks
1/4 cup cold cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup cold water
Filling:
1 TBSP olive oil
1/2 lb sliced white mushrooms
1/2 lb sliced cremini mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup crumbled smoked Gouda cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
