Mushroom, Spinach & Swiss Popovers

A savory popover (or maybe a muffin) with mushrooms, spinach and creamy baby swiss cheese.
Ingredients
4 large eggs
equal amount of flour
equal amount of milk
1/2 tsp salt
vegetable oil
8 oz white mushrooms, sliced thin
4 oz frozen spinach
1 TBSP butter
1 TBSP cooking oil
3/4 cup finely shredded baby swiss cheese
salt and pepper
