Ingredients
¾ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup extra virgin oil
½ cup cold water
1 egg
2 cups spring onions chopped (white and greens)
3 cups mushrooms (sliced)
2 tsps fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, basil ) chopped
1 cup baby spinach
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 small red onion
