Ingredients
5 cm or 2 inch piece of ginger root, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 medium-sized hot chili pepper, sliced
a handful or 2 teabags linden blossom
1 l or 4 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon honey per cup (omit if vegan)
