A traditional green chile sauce made with New Mexico or Hatch green chile. Use to smother burritos, enchiladas, tacos, eggs, or whatever your heart desires.
Ingredients
½ – 1 tsp. cumin / coriander spice mix (to taste)
2 Tbsp. canola oil
onion
garlic
flour or cornstarch
water or vegetable broth
roasted, peeled, deseeded, and chopped green chile
oregano
Salt
