1.5 glass ice-cold water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 medium tomatoes
1 big onion
2 cloves (laung)
1 green cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
2 curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 tsp. salt (or as per taste)
2 tsp. Ginger-garlic- green chilli-coriander paste
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. black mustard seeds
2 tsp. red chilli powder
2 tsp. coriander powder
Coriander sprigs for garnish
