Apple oatmeal with a twist! Blackstrap molasses gives this oatmeal a brown sugar taste, and the shredded coconut, pecans and chocolate chips add a little excitement to your morning. Gluten-free and vegan (if using dairy-free chocolate chips).

½ teaspoon blackstrap molasses
