To me, an oatmeal stuffed baked apple is the ultimate comfort food! Healthy too. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
1 apple
1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Scant 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
½ – 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
2 dates, chopped
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon molasses
1/3 cup almond milk (or other milk)
