This is the classic Crepes Suzette in the form of a healthy breakfast
Ingredients
1 orange
1 tablespoon orange juice (fresh or from the carton)
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon brandy extract (or 1-2 tablespoons brandy)
1 cup almond milk
½ cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon orange zest (approximately the zest of one orange)
Sliced almonds, to serve
