This is really very easy to do and a Super Hit for Lunch along with Rice!!
Ingredients
Okra/Ladies Finger-10 small/as needed (chopped)
Onion-1 medium (chopped)
tomato-1 (chopped)
red chilly-2 (cut to half)
mustard seeds-a pinch
fenugreek seeds- a small pinch
cumin seeds-a small pinch
yogurt-3/4 tin
water-1/2 cup
turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
red chilly powder-1/2 teaspoon
cilantro leaves & curry leaves-a handful (finely chopped)
Coconut oil-2 1/2 spoons
ginger-1 medium pc (finely chopped)
garlic-8-10 cloves (finely chopped)
