Light and savory onion peas poha (kanda poha). A popular Indian breakfast option made with flattened rice, onion, peas and peanuts.
Ingredients
2 cups thick poha
1/2 medium red onion (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
8-10 curry leaves
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt (or more according to taste)
