Orange Chocolate Cupcakes

Moist Chocolate cupcakes filled with ganache and topped with orange icing – divine!
Ingredients
Cupcakes:
1½ cups sugar
1½ cups flour
½ cup dutch cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Wet:
2 eggs
1 cup coconut yoghurt
½ cup neutral oil
juice and zest of 2 blood oranges
Frosting:
100 grams dairy-free spread (ie Olivani or other Margarine)
500 grams icing sugar
2 TBS blood orange juice
zest of 2 blood oranges
1-2 TBS coconut cream
½ tsp salt
Ganache:
200 mls coconut cream
200 grams chocolate
½ tsp salt
Splash of cointreau or other orange liquour (optional)
