These overnight oats are super creamy, spiked with citrus and seriously easy to make!
Ingredients
For the overnight oats:
½ cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Chobani Coconut Greek yogurt
⅓ cup milk, plus extra
1 orange, peeled and chopped
For the mix-ins:
1 – 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1 – 2 tablespoons chopped dried apricots (or raisins)
