Ingredients
For the overnight oats:
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup milk of choice (or a mix of milk and orange juice)
1 cup yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
1 orange, peeled and chopped
For the mix-ins:
3 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds
2 tablespoons dried blueberries or raisins
