Soya cutlets / Meal maker cutlets make a healthy starter, a delicious and nutritious snack, seasoned with herbs and spices. Rich in calcium and protein, it is an excellent substitute for meat proteins: great for young and old alike.
Ingredients
Soya Granules / Soya Chunks : 300 gms
Boiling Water : 3 – 4 cups
Big Onion : 2 big
Carrot : 1 small
Green Chillies : 4 nos.
Ginger : 2” piece
Turmeric Powder : ½ tsp
Chili Powder : 1 tsp
Pepper Powder : ½ – ¾ tsp
Garam Masala Powder : 1 tsp
Coriander leaves : 1 cup
Potato : 2 large nos. (3 medium)
Maida : 2 tbsp
Corn Flour : 2 tbsp
Bread slices : 6 – 8 slices.
