Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella

An easy summer pasta dish using fresh tomatoes and mozzarella.
Ingredients
2 cups of dried pasta – I used penne
1 veggie bouillon cube
3 large tomatoes or 6 medium tomatoes – about 2 to 2½ cups of chopped tomatoes
½ tsp of salt
1 tbs olive oil
6 cloves of garlic – minced
2 oz of fresh mozzarella – diced
3 tbs butter
6 twists of black pepper from a pepper mill
1 large handful of basil – about 15 leaves – minced
