Ingredients
2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
2 cups Bob’s Red Mill organic almond meal/flour
¼ cup sugar
4 eggs
Lemon Macaroons:
Zest of 2 lemons
Chocolate:
¼ cup chopped dark chocolate
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
Strawberry:
2 cups freeze-dried strawberries
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
