Peanut Butter & Chocolate Smoothie
It’s my favorite combination of all time – peanut butter and chocolate – in a healthy smoothie! Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or really any time of day
1 frozen banana*
3 tablespoons peanut butter**
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon molasses
1/3 – ½ cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
For the Chocolate Smoothie:
1 frozen banana*
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Dreams (optional)
1/3 – ½ cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
*Make sure your bananas are very, very ripe before freezing them
**Alternatively, use 3 tablespoons of PB2 mixed with 2 tablespoons water.
