Peanut Butter and Jelly isn’t just a great sandwich – it makes a fun and flavorsome oatmeal! This version has no sugar, as fresh fruit is substituted for the jelly.
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
½ cup steel-cut oats*
Pinch of salt
3 – 4 tablespoons peanut butter
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 – 12 grapes or strawberries
2 – 4 tablespoons chopped peanuts
*Alternatively, use 1 cup of rolled oats
