Ingredients
¾ cup flour
½ cup oats
¼ cup stevia or sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
for the topping:
¼ cup oats
2 tablespoons PB2
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
