Don’t let people tell you that oatmeal is boring! This peanut butter and banana oatmeal is super exciting!
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
½ cup steel-cut oats
Pinch of salt
3–4 tablespoons peanut butter*
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2–3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons raisins
¼ cup granola, or more
*Alternatively, use 4 tablespoons (¼ cup) of PB2 mixed with 3 tablespoons of water.
