Pecan Mice Cookies

Adorable mice cookies are so perfect for Halloween or any time of the year.

1/2 cup toasted pecans, not heaped

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour, spooned and leveled

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature

1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
