This recipe uses a pressure cooker to cook up a pot of pinto beans that can be used in burritos, tacos, or served in a bowl with your choice of toppings.
Ingredients
2 cups dried pinto beans, rinsed
1 Tbsp. salt (for the brine)
water
1/2 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 large green bell pepper, finely chopped
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
salt to taste
