A light and spicy pita pocket filled with a crunchy apple and cabbage slaw and green chile dressing. Makes a great lunch or snack and good for camping trips.

Pita Bread
4 cups cabbage
2 crispy apples
Generous ¼ cup diced dill pickle
¼ of a large onion
1 large carrot carrot
3 Tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds
