Ingredients
1 can pumpkin puree
10 medjool dates, pitted and soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
1¼ tsp. vanilla extract
1½ cups GF oats
½ cup puffed millet
½ cup walnuts or pecans
½ cup raisins
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
1½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. salt
