Made in a blender with whole grain oats, pumpkin puree, coconut oil and a touch of pumpkin spice. Naturally gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free!
Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
