Punjabi style Palak Paneer

This restaurant style palak paneer is prepared from pureed spinach, seasoned with garlic, onion, tomato and some added garam masala powder.

Paneer / Cottage Cheese – 200 gm

Turmeric Powder – 1 /8 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 /2 tsp
Kasuri Methi Leaves – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/2 to 3 /4 cup
Fresh cream – 1 tbsp
