Collard greens don’t have to be complicated, take a long time to make, or involve meat. These collards are quick and make a great side dish or addition to pasta, eggs or tacos.
Ingredients
1 bunch collard greens (about 10 leaves)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional)
