Ingredients
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp molasses
½ tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt (non-fat)
1 cup light coconut milk
2 bananas
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 cups low-fat milk (1%)
Garnish: (optional)
