Raw Cookie Dough:
2 cups almond flour
½ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. mesquite powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
½ cup vegan chocolate chips (or cacao nibs for raw)
Banana Ice Cream:
5 frozen bananas
2 tsp. vanilla extract
