Raw Chocolate Cake Hearts make great use of almond pulp from making homemade almond milk!
Ingredients
Chocolate Cake:
~1½ cups packed wet almond pulp, from one batch of almond milk
¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup + 3 Tbsp raw cashew butter
¼ cup + 3 Tbsp cacao powder
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¾ tsp vanilla extract
Dash of salt
⅓ cup cacao nibs
Chocolate Frosting:
½ cup + 2 Tbsp. almond milk
⅔ cup coconut butter, softened
½ cup cacao powder
½ cup maple syrup
¼ tsp. salt
