No-cook, vegan snack made with dates, coconut oil, shredded coconut, cashews, pistachios and almonds.
Ingredients
6 large medjool dates, pitted (3.1 ounces by weight, pitted)
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted until warm
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup raw pistachios
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons raw almonds
