Ingredients
1 cup (135g) hazelnuts
1/3 (50g) cup chia seeds
1/3 cup (60g) flaxseeds
2/3 cup (90g) pumpkin seeds
2 small apples (about 250g), chopped
1 + 1/3 cup (200g) raisins
