Ingredients
For the Salad:
1/4 Avocado, cubed
1/2 Granny Smith Apples, chopped
1/4 Red Onion, sliced
1/4 Yellow Capsicum, sliced
200 grams Kale
For the dressing:
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 lemon, juiced
Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper
