Ingredients
3/4 c. rolled oats (certified gluten free if required)
1/4 c. dry quinoa
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. maca powder
2 tbsp. ground flax seed
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 large or 2 small apples, diced
1/4 c. apple butter (or apple sauce); divided
toppings: walnuts, cinnamon, diced apples
