1 Small spaghetti squash, sliced in half with seeds scooped out
1 Teaspoon Ghee or Coconut Oil
1/2 lbs. Roasted Red Peppers
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
Himalayan Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
