5 pounds tomatoes (I used 2 pounds Campari & 3 pounds plum tomatoes)
1 or 2 heads of garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup half and half
1/2 to 1 cup water
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon basil
