Ingredients
3 cups chopped broccoli
3 cups chopped cauliflower
3 cups chopped asparagus
3 cups chopped bell pepper
olive oil spray
1 (13.5 ounce) package whole grain rotini
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
3 scallions, chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes or Parmesan cheese
