Salted Caramel Chia Pudding

Creamy chia pudding with a caramel topping and bursts of salt (which you can omit, if desired)
Ingredients
For the chia pudding:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¼ cup yogurt
½ cup almond milk
1 teaspoon caramel syrup (I bought mine from Starbucks)
1 medjool date, pitted and finely chopped
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the salted caramel topping:
2 teaspoons caramel syrup
½ tablespoon yogurt
Optional: A few drops of orange juice (mostly for color)
Big pinch of coarse salt
