School-Safe White Chocolate Cranberry Scones

A school safe treat for kids, featuring whole grains and unrefined sweetening. Beware…these aren’t “work safe”…if you bring them in to work they disappear!
Ingredients
3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups spelt or whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoons nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 scant cup coconut oil, soft
1 small ripe banana
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup dairy free milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup rolled oats
For the Topping:
1/8 cup non-dairy milk
2 teaspoons cane sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
