1 cup pecans, ground
1 cup buckwheat flour
1⁄2 quinoa flour
1⁄2 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1⁄2 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut sugar + 1 tablespoon coconut sugar for topping
1⁄2 tablespoon poppy seeds
1⁄2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1⁄2 tablespoon black sesame seeds
