Shredded Brussels Sprout-Radish Slaw

This salad is exactly what’s needed to change someone’s mind about radishes or Brussels sprouts. Tangy, light and healthy, with a boost of omega fatty acids and protein from hemp seeds, this salad is perfect for parties, picnics and potlucks, or served along with or inside veggie burgers, sandwiches or tacos.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups Brussels sprouts, halved and thinly sliced
5 radishes, shredded/finely grated
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (I love to use whole grain, but that’s just a personal preference!)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pinch sumac
