Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin puree
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
4 – 5 tbsp honey or maple syrup (depending on how sweet your pumpkin is)
