Snickers Salad Overnight Oats

Snickers Salad is (a) a real dish and (b) ridiculous. But these overnight oats are delicious! Unlike a real Snickers Salad, this breakfast does not contain Snickers bars or Cool Whip. Instead, the “cream” is overnight oats and instead of candy bars there are chocolate chips, peanuts and a few chopped dates.
Ingredients
For the overnight oats:
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
2 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1 green apple, diced
For the mix-ins:
¼ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup peanuts
Optional: Mini marshmallows or chopped marshmallows
