2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large egg
Streusel topping:
3½ tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Glaze:
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ tablespoon milk
