Ingredients
1 medium spaghetti squash, cooked
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp garlic
1 small onion, minced
1 Tbsp arrowroot powder (corn starch maybe substituted)
1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used full fat yogurt)
1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk)
3 oz cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
