Perfectly crispy latkes, just like the potato versions, except lower in carbs and baked instead of fried!
Ingredients
2 cups cooked spaghetti squash
4 Tablespoon egg whites
1/4 cup flour (oat, wheat, or all purpose)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
