Ingredients
Spelt Rosemary Crackers:
1 1/2 cups spelt flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp rosemary (ground slightly in a spice grinder)
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup water
optional toppings: salt, rosemary
Hummus:
1 can (540 ml) chickpeas
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
Juice of 1 lemon
2 – 4 tbsp water (depending on your texture preference)
