3 cups rolled oats (not instant)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup craisins
2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup apple cider
1 cup diced honey crisp apple
1 cup diced bosc pears
